An experienced manager with over twenty-five years’ experience in commercial sales, Natalie has built and managed large sales teams across multiple European markets ensuring a strong focus on people development, diversity and inclusion.
Most recently a Director in Google leading international new business teams in EMEA across different locations. This complex, high pressure organisation was responsible for providing Google with a high portion of its revenue growth.
In conjunction with the commercial role, Natalie was a Leadership Coach for Google, helping senior leaders to resolve complex management and strategic issues. Developing millennials from entry-level roles to team leadership, then into senior management Natalie had a strong focus on identifying management potential.
Starting her career as a sales executive in London, she has a deeply embedded knowledge of how to motivate and retain people in their roles, and has received strong accolades on ability to create team cultures and functioning organisations.
Previous to Google, Natalie was a manager in Associated Newspapers, a tough and competitive industry. Before the newspaper industry, she worked for Viacom (now CBS) and was responsible for rolling out the advertising sales culture to new company acquisitions throughout Europe, launching the brand into a local market and setting up the local management structure.
Now a full-time business and executive coach, qualified and accredited from the Irish Managament Institute and the Michael Smurfit School of Business, Natalie connects with people quickly and builds empathy easily. With the hard knocks that working in tough industries brings, Natalie understands and appreciates the challenges that others face.
Using a model that offers a mix of coaching, mentoring and consultancy she aims to broaden executive coaching from its reputation of a service primarily for C-levels, and make it available to the broader masses. The model offers performance, career and developmental coaching, based in positive psychology and underpinned by psychodynamic principles.
